Sample production usually takes 3–5 days. Bulk production usually takes 5–7 days, depending on the order quantity, material, logo process and production details.
Which leather material should I choose for my project?
PU leather is a popular choice for hat patches because it works well with laser engraving and keeps a clean, consistent look. Genuine leather, suede leather and microfiber leather can be considered when the project needs a more premium, textured or apparel-focused finish.
Can leather patches be heat pressed?
Yes, some leather patches can be heat pressed onto suitable fabrics, but the result depends on the patch material, backing and product surface. We recommend testing on the actual product first before applying to bulk items.
Can I iron leather patches directly onto leather garments?
We do not recommend ordinary iron-on application directly onto genuine leather garments, because high heat may damage the leather surface. For leather garments, sew-on attachment is usually the safer and more reliable option.
Can leather patches show small text or fine logo details?
Yes, leather patches can show clean logo details through laser engraving, debossing, embossing, printing or color filling. Very small text, thin lines or complex graphics may need adjustment to keep the final result clear and readable.
