How long does sampling and bulk production take?

Sample production usually takes 3–5 days. Bulk production usually takes 5–7 days, depending on order quantity, patch size, backing, border style and artwork complexity.

Will the colors look exactly the same as my screen?

Sublimation can create vibrant full-color results, but screen colors may look slightly different from the finished patch because of fabric base, printing material and heat transfer conditions. If color accuracy is important, we recommend confirming a sample before bulk production.

Are sublimated patches better than embroidered patches for detailed designs?

For artwork with many colors, gradients, photos or small printed details, sublimated patches usually provide clearer visual reproduction than traditional embroidery. Embroidery is still better when the design needs stronger thread texture or raised stitching.

Can sublimated patches be washed?

Yes, sublimated patches can be used on washable products, but care instructions depend on the backing, base fabric and final application. For apparel use, we recommend gentle washing and avoiding direct high heat on the printed surface.

Can sublimated patches be used for small text?

Yes, sublimation is suitable for fine printed details, but very small text still needs enough size and contrast to stay readable. For better results, we may suggest adjusting the font size, line thickness or background contrast before production.
